Ben's Hens Giveaway
PLEASE NOTE:
Due to a family emergency, we needed to postpone our Giveaway until September 2026.
In order to celebrate Ben's Hens Birthday in July, as well as our local Wayne County Fair in August, we would like to offer a Ben's Hens Giveaway. This allows us to give back to our Members / Friends / Community. (For the reason stated above, the Fair portion of this Giveaway is null and void. Check back in 2027.)
Please note, the information on this page is subject to change and will be finalized on 31 August 2026.
See below for the Giveaway Prizes available for 2026!
In addition to us, other local producers may join us in this Giveaway! See below for who this is. We appreciate each one of them. (For the reason stated above, the 'other local producers' portion of this Giveaway is null and void. Check back in 2027.)

There will be 10 prizes given to 10 separate households / individuals. The top 3 (Gold, Silver, Bronze) will be receive the best prizes. The remaining 7, will receive free eggs from Ben's Hens.
When will the Winners be selected?
Winners will be selected on Thursday 1 October 2026. The winning entries will be contacted by Ben Jackson over the following days.
How will the Winners be selected?
We will use https://www.random.org/sequences/ to run a random sequence generator. This will randomize a set of numbers (entries) and the top 10 will become the 10 winners. However, as mentioned in a previous question, the top 10 must be separate households / individuals, so some of the numbers on the report may be scratched.
As more entries are received, the Giveaway Prizes (Bronze, Silver, and Gold) from Ben's Hens will increase by an average of $50 in value. These break points are Base, 400, 800, and 1200+.
As of Wednesday 30 September 2026, the number listed below represents the number of entries.
